A study on Ethical leadership perceptions and its impact on teachers commitment in Pakistan

AbstractThe primary objective of this research article is to study the concept ethical leadership by determining perceptions school teachers regarding behaviors leaders and establishing its relation with teacher’s commitment. In addition, tests validity ELQ survey instrument in educational sector Pakistan. The has collected data from a random sample schools two largest districts Punjab empirical based on 320 results reveal that perceived their be moderately significant positive relationship existed between two. Also, age gender employees did not affect behaviors, however seniority employee had an impact behavior perceptions. Ethical was also found positively out four dimensions teacher commitment, which are commitment teaching profession. This adds contribution theory investigating organizational conceptualizing it as practical implication effective drives need fostered organizations drive efficient performance.
